Logos, Stationery & Identity Packages for Lawyers

Deliverables

• All customized logo designs are delivered in two-color and one-color grayscale versions.
• Stationery designs normally use the two ink colors from the logo and are delivered with editable text for future revisions and with text converted to paths to simplify printing.

Once you have approved final drafts, with all logo and stationery designs you receive:

• The original one- and two-color designs in their native format, Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
• The designs in a generic encapsulated postscript format (.eps)
• The designs as press-quality Adobe Acrobat PDF files (.pdf)
• Logos converted to jpeg, gif and png image file formats for use on web sites, in email signatures and in computer applications
• Letterhead and second sheet designs converted to jpeg, gif and png image files to insert in word processing documents sent as email attachments

You’ll need graphics editing software to open and edit the Illustrator and eps files. Any commercial printer, sign maker or other vendor will almost certainly be able to open them.

Anyone can open and review the PDF files using Adobe Reader, available free at www.adobe.com.

The Illustrator and eps files can be scaled to any size without loss of quality. The jpeg, gif and png files lose quality when enlarged. The gif and png image backgrounds are transparent. The jpegs have white backgrounds.

All stationery designs also include native format files with editable text and type fonts so that anyone using Illustrator or a compatible graphics program can revise them in the future, should names and/or contact information change.

I also supply copies of stationery design files with all text converted to paths or outlines. These files have "OL" appended to the file name. Printers may work with these files without having to install the type fonts on their systems as they do when working with the files with editable text.

Your Secure Online File Folder

Once you have approved the final draft design(s) of your customized logo and stationery, you receive a link to an online file folder containing all files and file formats specified in the design or design package you purchased. The files remain online indefinitely, but the link expires after 999 days. Until then, you may share the link with your printer, sign-maker and any other vendors who need access to your files. Of course, I can send you a fresh link when the time comes.

Inside the online folder, you will find a zipped folder containing duplicate copies of all the files. I recommend you download it immediately so you will have access to all your files on your own hard drive.
